Sorry Folks, but this makes no sense. So what if the owner purchased from a retailer than a distributer. He probably got a better price from the retailer. It is not like he purchased it from the gray or black market, he purchased from a store that had purchased it from a distributor. So what is the issue here. The article should of explained more to the readers as to why this is a no-no. There are to many questions here for such a vague article. Help us (the readers) understand why this business should be punished for something in my eyes does not constitute any wrong doing.
