Of course not. It could have been anyone. He could have shot a receptionist in a mall. Should all mall employees wear vests after the mall shooting last year?

We can prevent further murders of toll collectors by eliminating bridge tolls -- toll booths, fasttrack lanes, whatever.  Just let the traffic flow.  What's so special about a bridge, that warrants stopping traffic to collect money?  It's an inefficient way of collecting revenue for the government.  Raise the gas tax a little to compensate and be done with the toll booths.

What kind of moroonic idea is that. If we fired the toll takers and closed the tool booths, it would make government smaller and more efficient, and eliminate a powerful bureaucratic managment system that spends more money every year.  What is wrong with you?
