These people are sick.  If the church can control them, why not house them and keep them away from children.  Why incarcerate more sick, untreatable people at taxpayer expense?  It costs a lot of money and the prisons are overflowing already.  Besides which sexist patriarchal churches have a hand in creating these perverts.
