Let us consider an assessment of what initiatives presently may be accounted for that target youths, aimed at prevention of violence. To what extent are there such initiatives? By what entities, e.g., government, industry, philanthropic, non-profit, etc.?  Of what ages and areas are such programs available? What's the nature and scope of the programs, and in what ways have they proven effective; specifically stopping violence?
