I have been a Raiders' fan for many years, my father played for the Raiders from 1963 thru 1970.  I paid for the NFL Sunday ticket for 4 years only to watch the Raiders!  I never missed a game!  I no longer subscribe to the Ticket because the Raider product is so bad.  I have defended Davis for many years, he is the reason why the Raiders are The Raiders but it is time for Al to step aside.  The bottom line is until he leaves we will not get better.  The NFL is all about coaching.  With the salary cap, talent levels are similiar throughout the league.  The difference is COACHING.  Great coaches want to pick their own assistants, pick their own players and pick their own Oschemes and Dschemes.  They want to be compensated! When AL was able to swallow his pride, briefly with the hiring of Jon Gruden we were successful.  Since Gruden left!  You all know!  With empty stadiums, poor showings on the field and lousy revenues it is just a matter of time that there is no Raider Franchise.  I love The Raiders and Al Davis but he has to step aside!  Thx K Budness
