See what they are failing to realize is that most of these guys would have been pimps and bank robbers before crack came! To say law enforcement is the reason for the career change would be giving the police to much credit! The city of Oakland don't care that much about it's young and mid aged African Americans! Because the same cell phones they are using could be used both ways! What they are doing is wrong I don't respect a pimp because they depend on women for their money! But dont mis-inform the readers like the police are doing such a great job because they are not!
