It's not the city's fault for failing to proactively tax San Leandreans to death even more with yet another parcel tax; it's the city's fault for catering to low-income ghettopians and proactively doing things to bring them to town while driving out hard-working college educated folks with traditional values. This equates to a payor mix that loses money for hospitals. While the short-term gain of poverty pimping means that well-paid city sycophants on the take like Rose Padilla Johnson and Gordan Galvan have jobs; things like losing hospitals, run down low-performing schools, high crime, and ever-decreasing city services are the end result. It's real evident San Leandro is going downhill fast; our city leaders keep dishing out more of the same at an increased pace and think things will change...
