I'm sorry for your loss matt. I did not mean to be so insensitinve. But why didn't your roomate just cooperate with the cop? Who called 911? Did somebody overdose? And how did he shoot the dog if it was behind you? I dont mean to pry but my mom lives near to you and is worried about the 'hood.

my roommates brothers girlfreind we suspect called whoever it was called from the pay phone on the corner of lewelling and meekland and said someone was overdosing and hung up when they the police came to the door they said there was a report of a fight then they said the call came from the house well there is no landline at trhe house so we knew that vwasnt true and they were very agressive at the door we told them we were ok and that we would rathjer them not come in because we have a dog in the house they never asked us to put the dog away or secure him.anyways my name is matt my phone # is 510-695-1795 please feel free to give me a call i want the truth to come out and i need peaple like yourself to know what happened and what else can happen with cops like this running around with no bodody to answer to. take a look at the picture that was taken 3 hours before the cops arrived.

Whatever dude! Sounds like you lead the kind of life that involves people playing games to get the police to go to your house in the hopes that they will catch you dirty. And then you further the suspicion by standing behind the door refusing entrance. As for the officer not asking if you have a dog, why don't you try being a responsible pit bull owner and tell the police you have a pit bull in your house. Grow up you ridiculous fool, most people do not find pit bulls to be friendly animals unless they are with their owners who half the time can not control them. In my opinion, certain dog breeds should have to be registered and insured - Pit bulls first among them.
