An American should be able to do with their property as they see fit. Our founding fathers did not intend for unwanted tenants being shoved down their throats by government. Where I live is being overrun by one particular group, coming in with the law on their sleeves, and an attitude. They do not assimilate or try to merge into the community. And the DARE the management here to say a word. English is not spoken and their cultural peripherals are strewn everywhere.

Firemaned,
You are wrong on so many levels that it may be pointless to respond to you.
Nevertheles, as has been suggested..perhaps you can move..to say central Idaho. There, maybe you will see the diversity that your narrow-minded xenophobic hind craves.

I was deined housing because of my dog, and i guess thats legal.? So the fact that this guys back door opened to railroad tracks is irrelevant when small children are involved. And does the punishment really fit the crime here?

Poor schlubs. Too dumb to know the correct way to do that. Always let the couple come out, fill out an application, and then find a reason to deny them. NEVER TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT RENTALS. IT WILL GET YOU SCREWED. Of course they don't want to rent to couple with children when there are railroad tracks there. Hell I dont blame them for not wanting kids around at all. But guys, never be truthful when it comes to govvernment. When I was a landlord I accepted EVERY application. Period. And then found GOOD reasons not to rent to people I felt were not qualified.

Well is it cheaper to put up a fence or to get sued? duhh! And why would they want a place behind the railroad tracks w/ a small kid. I smell stanky rotten fish. I think that manager was set up to approve her & they knew he would turn them down after saying she had a kid... since he says he's been doing that for yrs. That's why she misled him to believe she was renting alone before approval.
They already knew he turned down families w/ small children & just tryna GET PAID. I guess there isnt anything wrong w/ that if u catch someone slipping *WHOoooops* & he discriminates! Wake up & smell the coffee pops...it's called KARMA

Idaho, or better yet Utah is calling your name! There, you will find "yourkind" of people and won't have to worry about learning a second language and assimilating with people other than "your kind."
Heaven will have people of all races and ethnicities there so this should give you something to rave and rant about.....

Asking firemaned to move to Idaho or Utah is another example of punishment that doesn't fit the crime.

If he feels his race is getting "squeezed out" or "becoming merciless," then FIREMAND needs to move to a place he/she feels comfortable in.

Just for the record, I am bi lingual and married to an immigrant. She asks me on a daily basis about American history and cant wait to be a citizen. Speaks English in the community, and follows the advice of a great US President." Ask not what your Country can do for you, ask what you can do for your Country". Except now, most of the community starts conversation with, "In my country......" Who gives a rip!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In YOUR OWN WORDS:
An American should be able to do with their property as they see fit. Our founding fathers did not intend for unwanted tenants being shoved down their throats by government. Where I live is being overrun by one particular group, coming in with the law on their sleeves, and an attitude. They do not assimilate or try to merge into the community. God only knows how your wife is treated by you. Although you claim to be bilingual, your WORDS speak a lot louder than your proclamations. Your wife is an immigrant yet your WORDS spew prejudice and hatred toward non-English speaking community members. Cultural peripherals?? What do you mean??

I dont have a problem with immigrants. I support and encourage everyone to embrace their culture and pass it on to their children. But, for instance, San Jose. There was recently a major battle to rename a neighborhood, Little Saigon. Part of Centerville in Fremont named Little Kabul. Listen if you want that, go to Saigon or Kabul. What you do in your own home is your business. Back to the issue of the guy renting to who he wants to. If you want to live here, embrace the culture here. If you want the culture elsewhere, live elsewhere. The cheap crack about how my missus is treated was uncalled for. Assasinate my character, but she is not in this debate. When she is in the community, she speaks english. Goes to night school to perfect the language. Continually asks about American history, California History and is in the process of becoming a citizen. The Germans, Irish, Italians, came and settled and spoke english, wrote english and assimilated. THAT is what made the US great. Not splinter groups wanting us to change public documents, public signs etc, into many different languages. Am I a redneck? No, just being practical. My grandson recently asked me about a man wearing a funny hat. I told my grandson to go to the man, and politely ask him about it and he would probably welcome the opportunity to share his culture with the young man. I dont care what you wear, or how you look. But this is America and united we stand divided we fall
