After this last move Hiring Jame Lofton without Lane Kiffin knowing such move to be made just shows just how wacky this unorganization has become? I have never heard of such ways to operate a franchise ! Everday this teams seems to get worst how can a team get worst in their offseason? This how by just disrespecting your head coach yeah Moss is gone we know yes we lost yet another season we know! But how does your coach turn a team around without the backing of your owner ? Support is what you need face it egos are what the NFL is full of and no matter who you are you have some form of an ego . SO its no suprise that an ageing Al Davis rebuts all he reads and hears and see by the media and still wishes to do things his way no surpirse at all because we all know he has a huge ego! But as an intelligent man can he ever atleast realize that his way isnt working ? By doing things this way he is making it harder for any coach to have success ? If anything he might bring in talent but at what cost ? The trust and respect of his own personel? Its a bully style of managing if you ask me ! Its my way or the high way mentality . I think John Madden and Jon Gruden had somewhat success because they fought with Al I think even Tom Flores fought with him for example Al Davis never wanted to draft Marcus Allen and Marcus was the best running back the raiders ever had and they let him go put him on the bench who's call was that:? We all know who? Now look where Randy Moss is? There is alot of work to do on this team but nothing nothing can get done with this team all whacky in the front office it just wont ever change so please please somebody just put his ego aside and let someone do the job!?
