Okay. So let me get this straight. There were senators and representatives saying that the city of Berkeley should be denied federal funding because of their statement calling the marine recruiters unwelcome. At the same time, we've got educators, mayors and other government officials openly encouraging people to commit illegal activities. This article actually stated that people were calling parents and telling them that they should have someone else come pick up their kids because immigration was in the area! This has to be one of the most ridiculous things I have ever read and/or seen. Perhaps we should take a look at who is actually paying for these children to attend school and ask why these same children have parents that contribute nothing to the tax base. The bottom line is, there is a reason to use the word illegal. Anyone who is in ANY country illegally is wrong. There is absolutely no argument against this. That's what I find so hilarious at times. There are those that fill the air with useless rhetoric and claims that people should be treated fairly and their children should be offered an education. This is all very true, for those people who are not illegal. If someone thinks they know a reason all illegal immigrants should not be sent back to their country of origin, please let me know so we can go over the definition of the word illegal.
