It is said that the team is reflected in it's fans, but in this case it is vice versa. (Raider fans this means you and the team are equal!) You are both loosers led by your by the master of loosers Al Davis. Take the money you spend on tix and beer and drugs and feed your kids a good meal someday.

I've been a Raiders fan too long to put up with this! I know that all dynastic teams go thru downturns, but this is horrendous! The Raiders seem to have no direction, no guidance and seemingly no hope of ever turning this around! Jamarcus Russell doesnt look like he's ready to lead an arena football league team much less the Raiders! So we have a bum coach,owner,qb,and running back. The defense isn't bad, but would i want to go all out risking injury for an offense that can BARELY generate 200 yds of offense? NO! Al Davis doesnt have a commitment to excellence or we wouldnt have to suffer thru this,and even if he smartened up today, we're still talking about another 3-5 years of being bad! To watch the Broncho's. the turbo chargers and the k.c. thiefs rub our faces in it is more than i can take! There used to be a time when i wanted G.Steinbrenner to just die so my Yankees would get better, but he smartened up and the Yankees won. I dont think Al will smarten up or sell the team so i'm stuck! I wont bail on my Raiders and find a new team, i'll just not watch raiders football anymore! Go Yankees!

It'd be very surprising to see Al part from his mad-scientists ways and get this team in the right direction before his game clock reads 00:00. We have a QB who seems to be more worried about how many carats are going to be on his ear for gameday rather than how many touchdowns he's going to throw. Another #1 draft-pick who raced down the field so fast he thought he was in a track meet looking for the finish line! You're suppose to tackle the guy with the ball Mr. Heyward-Bey, not beat him to the endzone! All in all, seems none of these players could give a s**t about our Raiders. Just a painful-torturous span of years for us Die-Hard Raider Fans, who are as loyal to our team as Christians are to the bible. Go Dodgers!

I think that's the best way to go, Justin. It's gonna be a decade of bad Raider football when it's all said and done. I don't think I would watch my team play this poorly for this long. It's a two way street, when upper management starts putting a watchable product on the field you can watch it. If not, turn em off till they do...

davis has done zilch to address the run def.
each week opposing runners run down the field trying to set new records..
if we cant stop the run, we will never be a contender.
we should have gone with a 3-4 def...we won 3 sb's with the 3-4..
davis needs to bench russell and get a vet qb.

He just does not have what it takes to be a NFL QB. He's at a min. 40 lbs over weight and has feet of clay. He has no work ethic what so ever. I would say trade him but no one would want him + AD will never admit he made a mistake in drafting him. That would be saying Lane Kiffen was right and AD would rather lose his fanbase then admit LK was right. The entire team knows this and they know JR's there for the duration of his contract. They will not win unless its a fluke game. When the whole team knows they do not have a chance in winning, why try? JR is a cancer that needs to be cut out, only then will you begin to see this team jell and produce like a NFL team should. I think we should all (season ticket holders) get together and file a Class Action Lawsuit for britch of contract against the Raiders. We bought these tickets with the understanding that the Raiders would field a NFL quality team. To date they have not, this team with JR at the helm could not beat Napa Valley Community College let alone any NFL caliber team. The KC win was a fluke.

Before you go QB shopping, take a closer look at No. 2, Bruce Gradkowski. In pre-season he showed has all the skills plus a quick mind and quick feet.
