THE CITY AND ITS OFFICIALS ARE HAPPIER THAN COULD BE!!!! I HAVE IT FIGURED OUT, THE MORE MURDERS THE MORE MONEY THEY GET AND THE MORE OF THEIR FRIENDS THEY GET TO GREASE DOWN!!!!! THIS JUST MAKES ME SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY COULD HAVE THE TRUTH IN FRONT OF THEM AND THEY WOULD'NT BE ABLE TO SEE IT!!!!!!! OR THEY DONT WANT TO SEE IT!!!??? THIS IS A KILLING TO FEED THEIR FAMILIES AFFAIR,WHY NOT PUT THEIR GREAT,GREAT, GREAT, GREAT GRANDCHILDREN THREW COLLEGE(WISH I WORKED FOR THE CITY$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$) THEIR NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING FOR US LET ALONG OUR KIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WONT NOBODY HELP THAT WOMAN OUT OF THAT HOUSE WHERE HER DAUGHTER GOT KILLED THEY COULD HAVE HELPED HER AND WE WOULD'NT HAVE KNOWN THEY DID!!!!!!

1. turn off the CAPS
2. twenty of these ! at the end of every sentence does NOT make that sentence as critical as you think. its just plain dumb.
