At first I was against any attempt to ban smoking in public places such as parks, bus stops, etc. But now I'm all for it, and any other heavy smoker should feel the same way. You all know we need to put those cancer sticks down, and if five dollars + a pack didn't stop us then we just have to rely on new laws to "force" us. True enough, just as bad are chemicals, fumes & smog from public buses, trains, oil refineries, etc etc , chemicals in our foods, house products, etc but we're not being very good role models for our youth in preparation for the next generation. Two wrongs don't make a right. Besides, the only ones benefitting off our suicide mission are those filthy rich, cigar puffing. toupee wearing execs.

It's hard to walk down some sidewalks because the smoke is unavoidable. If smokers were considerate, they would make sure to be downwind of everybody. And why are there so many butts all over the ground? Who's not picking up after themselves?
Why do mothers smoke while pushing a stroller or standing with a toddler?

I would outlaw cancer sticks and motor cycles if I had the power... I lost loved ones and friends to both....
