- Al hires stooge coach and coaching staff

- Al micro manages and meddles

- blames them for things that go wrong

- fires them and plays innocent on how bad he wants win.

- roster that on paper "is one of the best in the league"....yet get their [bleep]es kicked all over the field every week.

This is just getting boring.

And yeah, JaMarcus' work ethic appears to be lacking, but at the same time, look at the unstable environment he and other young players are expected to develop in.....it's a disgrace.

When Al realizes that he needs to change....the Raiders fortunes will change...and I'm gonna bet that an egotistical old man passes on before he accepts that he needs to change.
