they could catch lots of criminals watching roads to bart they come here from oakland hayward and other cities because they think we are easy pickings. stand in the midle of street. fremont could also make money watching all the people parking in handicap parking at luckys and other places using otherpeoples handicap permits. lots of extra dollars for fremont and free up the spots for the people who need them .

Take pictures of the violations and report them, it makes a difference or do you just stand in the middle of the action with your finger up your?, And then just write about it on a free board days after the fact?
Also.....How do you know the handicap violations are occuring? Handicap plaques are issued to mentally affected persons as well to people who do not show obvious signs of being handicapped. Just because a person is not in a wheelchair or is obvious to you does not make you an expert or even lucid at all.
