I just keep thinking that a lot more people have to pay for this debacle besides the rapist and his pitiful wife. Everyone who allowed this to continue because they were irresponsible employees should also end up doing time for gross negligence, just like a nurse or doctor would! The unions who are represent them really have to step up and acknowledge gross negligence and agree to terminations! The law should then step in and pursue them to the fullest if not in criminal court then go civil, full on. Be creative and sink 'em! That poor woman and the 2 daughters are going to need their entire lifetime to recover.
