What other industry can thrive in Richmond? No one else has the guts to open up a business in that lawless slum. Just driving through it makes me real nervous and I keep thinking I could get killed. This industry is perfect because it'll bring in the amount of revenue Richmond needs. Crime needs lots of money to fight it & this will bring it in but it also needs to be allotted wisely for it to accomplish the job successfully.
