The recent debacle on Sunday's loss to the Jets is a telltale sign of what is in store for the Raiders 2009 season if the situation is not radically changed. J Russell denies any culpabilty in what led to an embarrassing loss and what most likely will continue to be the trend for the remainder of the season if he continues at QB. It is time for Al Davis to admit that this QB has not the physical or mental skills to play in the NFL at that position. Perhaps he should take on the role of a Brandon Jacobs? If B Gradkowski is to relieve Russell everytime a game goes sour under Russell's watch, how will Gradkowski develope? Either allow Gradkowski to develope or bring in a QB that has proven success in the college ranks. It would not surprise me if Colt Brennan becomes the starting QB for the Redskins given the problems they have allowed to develope.

For J Russell to start against the Chargers on Sunday is a colossal mistake. The game against the Chargers is an all important game. The defense can win if allowed to rest between offensive drives. Don't  blow this by starting J Russell. If the Offense cannot get going this season .....then the season is lost. The defense CAN play. Let them!

Benching Russell was a good move, but to start him again immediately after the loss is going to create a confidence breach between the Raider players and the QB. J Russell has to be allowed to let this loss sink in....otherwise he will always be in denial. He lost the game in one-half of the first quarter. He has to accept that! Is he delusional? Kaliff Barnes is not responsible for Russell's inability to hold on to the ball.

J Russell does not have it, can't find it, ain't gong to get it, because it's not there for him. He does not understand the fine nuances of football. As much as I abhor admitting this to myself....he is a BUST. There.....I have said it. I am all for Russell but I am more for the Raiders!

NYC.. Raider Fan..Just win!

Michael Vick!!! Michael Vick!!! Michael Vick!!!

He at least takes responsibility for his own actions and before anyone says anything about him being in prison, He has paid his debt.

Send him to Philly and let his big butt keep the bench warm so that NcNabb won't have to sit on a cold bench between drives. That is about all he is good for, says I

Well, Redskins west self destruct again!  I can imagine the beating the black hole has seen.  Well, nation is enough is enough yet?  Players should keep their pieholes shut and zipped.  The Jets studied the films, just like the others.  Distractions, kiss it away.  Its our turn for the 0-17 next season, as well as the Raiders east.  Synder bent over hard and couldn't take it.  Al doesn't care how much its been given for the last five years.  Fans of this once proud team are shaken their heads at the constant revolving door of coaches for this team.  Hey Grandpa Al, please give up the team, retire, or play on the 880, miles away from the stadium.  Don't let anyone know that you slipped out the side door.  Don't blame all the players for poorly executed plays.  Let's blame the Davis factor.  Interfere, forcefulness and Alzeheimer's.  Raiders east, Dan blew his wad of cash, too soon?  Raider Nation, let our voices be heard in the stadium, in the streets, thru O-town and beyond the bay, "Tell Al, the clock on the wall says, its time to retire NOW!"  One frustrated FAN, inside the beltway.  Go RAIDERS!
