Here we go again - lets cut more from the bottom - if the state intends to cut pay a total of 15% for the state workers then they damn well better include the elected officals also!!  If you have to cut something - cut the beneifts to those who have not put anything into the system.  There are people moving to Ca., never working, not paying taxes, not putting anything into the pot and drawing out of it every month.  How many BILLIONS could be save?  That is Ca. money, for Ca. citizens, paid for by Ca. taxpayers.  If you have not put in - do not expect to take out!
