Since the first workers compensation reform in 1989 and the last one in 2005, workers compensation benefits and rights have ceased to exist for workers which is against the California state constitution. . With all the players in place, one of the biggest of all corporate crimes with UNION partnership, like self-insured employers like Kaiser and SEIU or Lowes, Adventist, Safeway-Local 588,  SCIF, etc,  was set in motion to deliberately injure employees on the job without benefits,  including their own employer paid benefits with never ending litigation, resulting into the final distruction of their own lives and also the destruction of their families. Attorneys both defense and plaintiff,  for both workers comp and civil suits for the  insurance companies and its doctors, some personal physicians, who are always paid far more then injured workers could ever think of possibly receiving, and then don't forget the complicity of judges, the WCAB, the appellate courts, both state and federal and the California and federal Supreme courts were part of the  illegal and deadly deal! Constitutional rights do not exist in the workers compensation system for injured workers. The  sinister profitable idea was to coverup corporation crimes against their workers, that would end employee wages and benefits like healthcare and pensions, as we know it. Legislators of this state of CA. including the governors  as well as others have been on a mission since the late 80's to deny injured workers their rightful benefits under both the state and federal constitution, all in favor of corporation profit. Outrageous and inhumane deeds, indeed! Working employees to the point of destroying their bodies, to the point of death,  with violations of health and saftey issues, medicating them so they cannot discern the truth or reality of their medical condition or being able to fight for their judicial rights, sending them to doctors who will deny them their injuries and the attorneys who will listen to the fraudulent doctors, all the while discrediting your injury and your good name and ultimately destroying the injured worker and his/her family. What money an injured may get is from social security and medicare and other city, state and city funds which is both state and federal funding, which is the biggest fraud  put upon the american taxpayers by insurance companies and no legislator thus far including Poochigian, Lungren, Waxman, Leahy, Kennedy, Woolsey, Feinstein, Boxer, Hayden, Pease, Margolis, Schwartzenegger, Wilson, Davis, Perata, Spiers, Lockyer, and so many others, both republicans and democrats alike in the last 19 years, have not  attempted to correct the crimes committed against their own constitutents which they in fact passed the reforms  that would consistently eviscerate each subsequent reform. Many injured workers were scoffed at, and literally condescended to as if they, the injured workers, were the criminals instead of the corporations.  Who helps cover all of this up? It has been going on for many years with each reform of the workers compensation legislation. Let us include Cal-osha. Dept of Industrial Relations. California Boards and Commissons that are pro employer like the FAC-Fraud Assesmemt Commission crony chairperson Willaim Zachry-Safeway's own VP Risk Mangement VP. and fraud task unit  for the DOI-Dept.of Insurance under Garamendi and now Poizner who promised to go after all fraud but has not for the injured workers, then there is the state's DA's fraud unit,  FEHA, EEOC, the Human rights Comm. the Dept of Health and Human services both state and federal and also the FBI, Dept.of Labor, Dept of Justice, BOTH state and federal,  the GAO, OIG, NLRB, Social Security, Medicare, IRS and others. Now we have the ultimate in corporate crimes, the brownfields that were privatized THROUGH the superfund sites sponsored by legislator John McCain for profit, with are laden with deadly toxins like radiation and now the latest most sinister is the micro-organisms like fungi, bacteria and mold that is being created by Agraquest to destroy our air, earth, food and water supply  and to which workers are deliberately and diectly exposed. What about phony colleges like ACOEM THAT discounts mold exposure, pain and injuries overall for corporations which is sponsored by DOW chemical and GLAXOSMITHKLINE and used as law rather then quidelines? The media, our last bastion of democracy has favored their advertizers and sponsors over american workers and consequently with the most dire results for injured workers, through the last 19 years have let us all down  by merely touching on the gravity of american workers getting injured with no justice or at the very least, no medical care, because God forbid, if we were actually medically treated for our injuries, then our injuries would actually exist and insurance companies would be forced to give us our benefits instead of us taxpayers (illegally) paying for job related injuries. The amount of americans workers destroyed by corporations would jar the american citizens into a reality, panic, chaos and maybe then a profound demand for accountability and then the much needed demand of consequences for those responsible BUT for now we are just left with permanent disabilities&n bsp;and or death and finally, the annihilation of the american family structure.
