Swanson and Hancock only know how to increase budgets. Here in the Bay Area there is no amount of money that will be enough for this teacher's union. I hope the governor stands strong against them. Most of money in the Oakland school system is not well handled anyway. There were 44 students per classroom the whole time I was in grammar school and the nuns made do just fine. Most of us went on to college and productive lives. Throwing more $ at the Oakland schools won't help anyone but the over-paid under performing administrators anyway. Be smart don't vote for Swanson or Hancock ever again.
