Time to force a change

I really hope people in the Raiders front office reads these.  If they don't then they are screwing over the most loyal fan base in any sport.

I am calling for a change at the top.  Mr Davis, it is time for you to hire somebody who can evaluate talent, and make SMART personal decisions.  If you still want to be "the man" all fine and good, but you need a GM and he needs to be the guy making the personal decisions.  I am sorry to tell you this, but the game has passed you by.

I honestly think Cable can be the right coach to fix this thing, but you have to give him the ability to field the best team.  Russel is not the QB of the future, unless you really want to have a future filled with 3-13 seasons.  You need to allow him the ability to bench that fat waste of a draft pick.

Mr Davis hire a GM.  Do it for the fans.  Do it for Oakland.  Do it for the good of the franchise.  You have turned the greatest team in professional sports into a laughing stock who couldn't beat my flag football team.

I have been around the game all my life and I have never seen such an inempt team.

I would like to call on all true Raider fans to help me out here.  Whenever you go to a game and the offense takes the field go get a beer, go to the restroom, or just turn around and face Mr Davis in his suite.  Don't watch the offense, don't cheer the offense, to pay one bit of attention to the offense until a change is made.  Russel isn't the answer, he is only a question.  Most of the time that question is "when will the next fumble or bad throw happen?".

By all means cheer the D.  Lord knows they are doing everything possible out there.  As for the offense, it is offensive and I am sad to admit that I am now ashamed to call myself a Raider fan.
