What's faith got to do with it? Presidential candidates present 'mixed bag' for religious voters

"Thinking Christians don't fall neatly into categories," said the Rev. Mary Holder Naegeli, a Walnut Creek Presbyterian.

What Mary Holder Naegeli doesn't realize is that she is not a Christian. She's obviously never been to the Bible Belt where ONLY Southern Baptists are Christians. :)

Pastor, the Bible Belt in Oaktown is just as ignorant and twisted as any I've seen down South. When people get "religion", it seem like they will rationalize anything and everything and they do. They believe they no longer have to take responsbility for their own lives and actions because it's all in the hands of the "lord". Sick, sick, sick!!!

Thanks for your comment. In this context, I would fit "Christianity" into the same as "religion". Outward appearances or pronouncements don't quite "get it". Bigotry is bigotry.

I've NEVER been so frustrated over an election campaign in my life as this one. I see no qualified candidates. I've never before been so tempted not to vote.
